Here’s what we do for you:

• Minor issues are fixed directly on site
• If necessary, your car will be taken to the nearest partner workshop
• During the repair time, you'll receive a free replacement vehicle 
  

This 24/7 roadside assistance is included in your car subscription – at no extra cost, as long as you’re not responsible for the breakdown. 

Who Pays for a Breakdown? 

Roadside assistance is included in your MiniLease contract.

Costs only arise if you caused the breakdown yourself, for example:

• Wrong fuel filled
• Dead battery due to forgotten lights
• Lost car keys
• Running out of fuel 
  

In these cases, you bear the costs – unless you’ve booked the optional Premium Emergency Roadside Service. Then you're also financially protected for self-caused breakdowns. 
Important: Do not commission repairs on your own without prior approval from Hertz. Always contact roadside assistance first.
